IFCMN membership is limited to the following
- Flooring manufacturers.
- Editors and journalists of flooring trade publications such as journals and magazines.
- All journalists specialising in the flooring industry matters.
- Specialist writers of technical articles.
- Flooring events organisers.
- Public relations personnel representing clients in the flooring industry.
- All other media companies and personnel involved in projects relevant to flooring industry matters.
- Membership is not allowed for website marketing companies or individuals involved in website SEO.
Scope as Author or Editor
- Approved members, as 'authors', can login to publish flooring related news, articles and data. Anything flooring related.
- Approved members, as 'editors', can login to edit their own items and also items of others.
- All posted news must have meta data added such as: Title, Description and Keywords. We reserve the right to delete posts not containing appropriate meta content.
- Members can upload images to insert into their news/article. A private image folder is created on uploading the first image.
- Reference and acknowledgement must be given when quoting third party sources of information.
- All saved news, articles etc. are held pending approval before being published.
- Approved items are usually published 'activated' within 2 days.

International Floor Covering Media News benefits the flooring industry by creating and enhancing awareness of it through its open publishing concept. For us to do this effectively we reserve unlimited special rights that we may add or change from time to time.
We reserve the right to:
- Edit submitted news items to improve search engine positioning, if required.
- To delete items that are deemed offensive and not in keeping with good journalism.
- To delete any membership, articles or news, whether published or unpublished if they are not flooring industry associated.
- To add members to our newsletter system automatically upon membership registration. Members can 'Unsubscribe' if they wish.
- IFCMN reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without notice.
